NICO Trenches was founded by father-and-son duo (Ni)kko and (Co)rtez, with a vision to develop prepared, disciplined, and resilient young men. What began with training in the trenches has grown into a complete football development platform serving athletes from youth football through high school, college, and the professional level. We accomplish this by offering offensive and defensive line training, camps and showcases, film study, recruiting assistance, NIL Representation, strength training, and mentorship. NICO Trenches provides athletes with the resources, relationships, and guidance to reach the next level both on and off the field.
NIKKO TAYLOR MORRIS

I am a recent Masters Graduate, former Graduate Assistant & Defensive Lineman. I realized there was a lack of development on and off the field in the lineman community. Growing up every position was cool except the lineman position and I want to showcase how worthy lineman really are when you give them a chance. From NFL players to youth players, my job is to make sure you’re ready to compete at the highest level possible.

In 2011, I took matters into my own hands when I realized that high school and JUCO coaches are focused on building successful teams, but they don’t always have the time or resources to help each individual player find the right college opportunity. I’ve been helping athletes at all levels turn their football goals into opportunities to play at the next level. From high school and JUCO athletes to Division I prospects, my job is to make sure players are properly evaluated, strategically positioned, and connected with the right college programs.
